HUNTINGWOOD DATA CENTRE

A proposed state-of-the-art facility designed for innovation, efficiency, and environmental stewardship.

KEY FEATURES

A DESIGN WITH NATURE IN MIND.

The Huntingwood Data Centre proposal reflects a holistic approach to design, integrating environmental care, advanced security, and sustainable architecture.

Preserving Natural Ecosystems:

The project prioritises the preservation and management of the remnant Cumberland Plain Woodland, safeguarding its unique ecosystem. Guided by “Connecting with Country” principles, the landscaping plan incorporates native vegetation and honours the cultural and ecological significance of the site.

Security:

Huntingwood Data Centre is designed to meet SCEC Security Zone 2 and Zone 4 Compliance, ensuring the highest levels of protection for critical infrastructure. The site is secured by crash-rated fencing, bollards, and gates, with 24/7 on-site security personnel.

Sustainability:

The project is committed to achieving a LEED Gold Rating, striving to exceed the minimum 60-point requirement. By maximising sustainability outcomes, the design supports energy efficiency and aligns with client environmental goals.

Architectural

Huntingwood Data Centre combines functionality and aesthetics through thoughtful architectural design. The building features a simple form and uses darker, recessive tones to minimise visual bulk and blend harmoniously with the surrounding environment.
